Standard Holiday Program
Please bring a water bottle and wear enclosed sneakers or runners and comfortable loose sports clothing.
Includes:
- 3 hours of Ninja Parc action
- Dedicated Ninja Coach/Parc Ranger
- Ninja Parc headband (7 colours to collect!)
- Morning or afternoon snack provided
Breakdown (Total time 3 hours)
Please arrive no more than 10 mins prior to start time
20 min - Warm up games, meditation, stretch, split into groups
20 min - Parkour circuit
20 min - Warped Wall
20 min - Main Obstacle Course (made up of 14 Ninja Warrior obstacles)
20 min - Our back lane (Including slackline, spiderwall and salmon ladder!)
20 min - Soccer match
20 min - Games
20 min - Afternoon/morning tea
20 min - Free play
