NINJA PARC Casual Play - bookings essentials 

Please check in at reception to obtain your wristband for entry, before we run through the safety rules.


Want to workout at your own pace, then we have a session for you! 

Join in for a FUN Casual Session time where you can tackle the obstacles at your own speed!

And then join the 6.30pm class to finish off the session or continue on your Freeplay journey.

Complete sections of the course multiple times, or do a run through of the entire course, the choice is yours. 

Bookings are essential online for an approximately 90 min session time.

Ninja Parc Athletic Classes

Ninja Parc Athletic includes a range of strength, cardio, flexibility and skills-based group personal training classes:


Warrior Monday 6.30pm 

Warrior is a 45-minute obstacle-based workout. In this class you’ll learn to move through the Ninja Parc obstacle course while developing your agility, strength and speed.

Parkour Thursday 6.30pm 

Parkour is a 45-minute workout, perfect for those who are new to the discipline. In this class you’ll learn to leap, dive, roll and swing over obstacles, while improving your grip and upper body strength. 

Strong TBD for 2024

Strong is a 45-minute resistance-based workout. In this class you’ll use your body weight to complete varying exercises that are designed to boost your overall strength and power.

Burn TBD for 2024

Burn  is a 45-minute high intensity, circuit-based workout. In this class you’ll combine cardio with functional exercises to overhaul your cardiovascular fitness and speed.
